hi there what shall i do to stop them because i really want to enjoy life because i felt better in 2009 and i didn't
have any obssessed thoughts in 2009 because im now 20 and i was wondering how i could get back to enjoying life again and to feel more positive and happy.  |

| I am struggling with my life because I was writing goals before lists And intentions before goals and spells before intentions and trying to control things but nothing is working for me and I just want to move fowards and be happy. |

hi there i have got very annoying sensations in my eyes and i have peripheral vision and i don't think it helps and
when ever i go on holiday on a plane my sensations start annoying me and i feel like i can't cope with it and sometimes it puts me off from going on holiday |

| hi there my mind is annoying me and i feel like i cant focus on one thing at a time eg.setting goals etc. and i sometimes get negative about it and maybe overthinking it and i feel like i cant go any further and i don't like it anymore and i can't remember being proper happy and positive since 2008.... |

| hi there i feel like everybody is staring at me and my mum doesn't see it how i see it and it putting me off me having lots of fun and i don't know what to do anymore and i also feel very stressed and anxious about the future and i feel like i can't do it anymore and i keep thinking like i am doing ... |

| hi there i am having lots of trouble with myself because i feel very anxious and confused everyday and most days when i am at college. i cant work out what is causing this to happen or occur and i find it very difficult to cope with it most days. thank you very much for your kind advice. |
