Hi, I'm 18 years old I've been suffering from constant grunting I've been doing this for 6yearsish. I'm on Concerta for my ADHD. I don't know that I'm doing it sometimes but it just feels like there's something always in my throat and I grunt to clear it but there's nothing there? it's embarrassing ...
