I tell everyone within reason, for two reasons. The first is I wasn't diagnosed until I was 27, my life sucked massively up to that point. Your 20s are NOT for working on your career and getting your life 100% sorted. Yeah have a job or do a course or something, but people now don't have serious careers until they are in their 30s.
