| I have this problem as well. Switching tasks is extremely difficult, but I have found that intense exercise clears the mind quite well. |

| I recently discovered that I have aspergers and have been trying to relate my behaviors to the condition. Sometimes, parts of my body, such as my feet, become overly sensitive and give me the urge to apply pressure or wrap them around something. Is this common, or is it unrelated to aspergers. |
