I'm not really sure. It's mainly just because I see that everyone around me can communicate with others so well and I struggle to express my ideas and emotions in comparison to them.

Hello! This is my first post on any of the forums on here. I've decided to kick things off with a metaphor to describe how I personally would describe what communication feels like for me. I thought that maybe if any of you relate to it it may help you explain the way you feel to other people. :D Ok...
