This weekend I watched "Alone in Berlin". Very interesting film, especially as I love Berlin and also movies set during WW2.

*When I arrive at the gym (at the same time every visit), and someone is using "my" locker!

Lavender is supposed to have a calming effect on anxiety.

Here in Europe I can buy lavender capsules, called "Lasea". It doesn't always help, but I do feel it helps me at times.
