I was a terrible driver in the beginning, complete overload of sensors. But I persevered and now I am not such a bad driver. Once I learned the systems I found driving to be semi relaxing, but i am still get overloaded when I have passengers in the car and i become even less talkative than I am norm...

I work as a teacher, a path that I am sort of regretting in the last couple of years since self diagnosis. But it does allow me to be completely obsessive in my teaching area.

I am the same, the way I get around it is by either wearing headphones and listening to music so I can not hear anything, or by wearing sunglasses or by pretending to check messages on my phone (and hopefully not tripping over) or I find doing all three works best. But to be perfectly honest immatur...

I have learned to have a very thick skin in my working life (and social life? for that matter) What I have found is that I have had loads of barriers and excuses for not being promoted even tho I know that I am very good at my job. But it is very hard to keep going when surrounded by such negativity...
