I've no doubt ADD, and especially ADHD, is over diagnosed, but I haven't a scrap of doubt in my mind that ADD exists and that I have it. I know some are of the belief, "Those 'ADD' kids just don't want to focus so they claim to have some disorder so they don't have to." Thing is, I want nothing more...

I just tell people my age when it's asked. Thing for me, though, is that people usually think I'm 40 when they first look at me. My youngest sister's friends all thought I was our mother when they first met me. >_< I swear, another 10 years and they'll take me into an old-folks home. >_>

Had to deal with bullying pretty much the entire time pre K-12, and those who didn't bully me shunned me anyway. >_> I knew I was weird, so I never questioned the WHY of it all, and I liked me so that they didn't didn't IN PRINCIPLE bug me; had they left me alone I couldn't have cared less how much ...

Hi... Found this site from Wikipedia, and figured making it to Slashdot was legit enough. Kidding...well, that last part... I don't know what else to say beyond what's in my profile, though... Diagnosed with ADD (or ADHD Inattentive type or whatever they're calling it these days...) at age 6, but be...
