There's something different about how other people manage a conversation compared to me. I fumble a lot in my day to day interactions with people. I think more about how I'm handling the conversation that actually handling it. "Normal people" don't seem to be as self conscious about thems...

I was talking too loud in the library today and I didn't realize it (I never notice). Nobody said anything to me until some man got mad and walked out. And of course I am going to cringe and agonize about this all day.
