I’m biased to the “ACT” approach which, among other things includes meditation and mindfulness. It’s considered the “third wave”, I believe, of cognitive behavior therapy. It’s the only thing that’s jived with me and has been great.

Probably 2, possibly 3 years old. Some are understandably memorable, most are unremarkable.

I’ve heard, and as another pointed out, it’s not common to remember before this time period, though I’m not sure when most do.

Wow! I’ve been pretty bowled over the last several days, more than a little self-absorbed (though apparently not unexpected).
