Nice to "meet" you. I adopted a child who we now think is HFA. He is almost 11 and was misdiagnosed twice, so it's getting old. First he was ADHD/ODD and then he was bipolar. Well, bipolar I (I had an obsession with learning all about bipolar at one time...lol) is mostly depression with some hypomania. I'm in mid-Wisconsin and I had the same questions you had all my life, which is a lot longer than yours! Happy to see another Wisconsinite here. Although I have no coordination at all and never played sports, i do love to watch the Packers :)

Wow! I just read your IQs. You are a lot like me. People hear me talk and think, "Wow! She is SMART!" Then they see me struggle to knit one stitch and they think, "WHy doesn't she get it? She ret*d?" Maybe we can "talk" or e-mail one day. Glad to have met you all.
