I would say that special interests can be helpful at times of stress and anxiety such as the current situation with coronavirus. I had a nervous breakdown a few years ago and I had a special interest with neca figures and me thinking about it and buying figures really helped me at the time with dive...

Thanks for the feedback, I will definitely be taking on board and the leaving early idea sounds good. My wife already lets me stay at home for some of our social meet ups and has been understanding. Even more so now I have had my recent diagnosis. I think I do find it a little sad as she just wants ...

Yes you are totally right to dislike your neighbour. Sounds like a complete nightmare. I would try to not give her any reaction but also not be intimidated. It makes me angry all the people that can't be bothered to clap for the NHS everywhere. Risking their lives and people can't be bothered to get...

I'm really Interested in opinions and if others feel similar. Over the last couple of years I have struggled with fitting in to the social norm of adult life and socialising and friendships. Various friends I had over the last 10 years I've lost due to moving away 30 miles with my girlfriend who is ...

Hi! Welcome from a fellow Newbie! I have a similar story. Many years of being diagnosed with depression and anxiety. One severe breakdown in my late 20s and another in my 30s. Then got the ASD diagnosis in my 40s. Happy to see someone else boarding the ship at the same time with a similar medical h...

Me and my wife had both of our cats have problems a week or two before the lockdown and our just thankful they are currently ok. Without routine I think it's very hard to keep motivated and to concentrate. I'm an artist aswell as ... |
