I was in the air force. (Note, I still have not been officially dx'd, but there is a strong indication that I am AS). Basic is not too horrible (pretty structured/scheduled), tech school can be a total pain in the rear. There are few if any services/help and if you would need some type of help, well...

Its been a long time (over 8 years) but there was a "workbook" regarding Anxiety/Panic Attacks that I got that had this scale. It had you chart daily for a while every time you had anxiety and panic attacks and rate them as well as list what was going on etc. So you yourself could find what triggers...

female, found out about AS when I was 30 (in trying to get my older son dx'd appropriately) The more I learn the more convinced that I am also AS. My son is 8 and is dx'd with AS, my younger son is also spectrum, either PDD or AS. I am now almost 33
