| I just wanted to pursue my *dreams* (cough - what a line of rubbish), and once I got into the cesspool it was nearly impossible to exit alive. I didn't have the foresight to realize my *dreams* weren't suited to me at all, and were made by wishful thinking of a life I could not lead. My parents jus... |

Guess I should thank her then since I kept going after women like her, thinking I had a chance.
The next ten years were brutal though. |

I does make sense because she was sharing that email account with a friend. Maybe more friends, who knows...
Would it be an ego boost for her to show how much she could make my head spin in front of her friends? |

| Currently when women ask, men might be thankful but other women in particular tend to treat us like pariahs. Then if things go wrong on the date we're also told we were asking for it or we were forward / slu*ty, or it's our own fault, or what have you. Is that how it is? I was approached as a teen ... |

| I was lucky enough to end up in software development - non-people-facing tech. It took me years to realise that it's not a career - it's a trade, like plumbers or electricians. The better you get, the more you can charge. That's a good approach. I can't do meetings or management but I'm paid well b... |

Would love to live in a rural English hamlet... "Town" still feels quite large with all the social hierarchies that come with it...
Would love to grow banana trees too... But maybe they're not suited to the rural English climate ... |

| i wonder how many other people besides me intentionally limit their driving to essentials only, in order to minimize the danger of screwing up and crashing? Tend to limit myself to the same roads, so I end up at the same stores buying the same stuff. I get stressed if I can't park in the same place... |

| How Do You Handle Loneliness? I don't. Its really upsetting. I never got over it even after a couple of decades. Same. I'm in a big city working in a huge corporation with people everywhere. I'm never physically alone, but I feel like everyone's brain is different from mine. It's hard to bridge the... |

| My only relationship also started online. We were long distance for over 5 years before moving together. We're married and have a daughter now. She's neurotypical though a bit of a rebel / loner, gets along well with people but prefers a small social circle. Had 2 ex boyfriends who treated her badly... |
