They're unthinking, biased algorithms that steal human art, then churns and collates it into airbrushed drivel. Yes, it makes you indolent and impacts how you think. Whenever I just have high sugar, high fat food I 100% feel worse the next day, especially without exercising.

It's tied to my executive dysfunction. When I can't do something "perfectly" or in some optimal manner, my knee-jerk reaction is to avoid it entirely or procrastinate as needed. Even when I do well on something, and people tell me as much, it could always be better.

I've always gotten this toxic positivity from my family, with mixed results. It's always stifled my ability to introspect, because why do that if "you're so smart" and are able to do literally anything despite little evidence for it.

I did the tiptoe walking often as a kid, occasionally I still do. Exercise has helped me improve my posture, but I still do the "raptor hands" as you call them.
