Thank you both very much for your input. At this point we are waiting for the options the public school district will offer. We were never intent on sending her to a private school. She started a neighborhood public school for Kindergarten, but just was not functioning well in a large class setting ...

Our recently diagnosed 5-year old is in a small traditional private school. The school has a very low kids to teacher ratio so she gets a lot of attention.
