Yep, my anxiety never seems to go away unless i'm at home ( I live by myself) So anything that involves going outside/ seeing other people causes major anxiety and it often takes a long time to prepare myself mentally to go out. This makes doing even simple things like going grocery shopping or coll...

I'm a diagnoised aspie and i obsess over my weight. Part of my obsession with numbers includes things like counting calories etc. I've even resorted to making myself sick if i feel i've eaten too much or gone over the calorie limit (Although i'm not actually overweight, around 130lbs at 5 4) I used ...

There's meds that can help and also therapy. There's a ton of different kinds of therapy, but i've heard a lot of good things about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which basically challenges the way you think and attempts to change it (creating more positive thinking) . Difficult if you don't like tal...

lol no, i think you're thinking of dyslexia? Anxiety is defined as " distress or uneasiness of mind caused by fear of danger or misfortune:" Basically being overly nervous/apprehensive in normal every day situations. It can cause your mind to race, which would explain why it's difficult to take thin...

I just got diagnoised, and as part of the assesment the psychologist had me do an iq test. It wasn't the score that was actually relevant though. Anyway, i scored the lowest on memory and still got diagnoised as an aspie. I was told it could possibly be related to anxiety. Are you often too anxious ...

Yes! I thought i was the only one >.>
I'd crawl around on all 4 fours, bark like a dog, drink water out of a bowl and growl when i was angry.

Animal communication is so much easier to understand.

I absoluty love my sleep! I'm a former insomniac who now sleeps 12-14 hours with the help of meds. If i'm having a bad day, or there's just too much on my mind then just curling up and sleeping really helps. I have anxiety problems, so my mind is often tired after being out and about. I'm aware of i...

Are you in school? Will you go to colle...
