I think the problem I noticed as a child, I could lie but the problem lied in the fact that it wasn't just a lie to me like it was to others, I actually believed it and am seeing that in my oldest son now. Hi, My son's meltdowns can go on for hours, though not days. Yesterday for example something set him off about 10am. I'm not sure what kicked off this topic. But it's interesting as another AS forum I post on currently has a thread going about whether or not they should split the forum up more into a wider variety of categories. A few people (including me) have cited WP as a place where that has already happened.....

Hi Antigone, I've just found this place and showed my 14 year old son. Like your son he's delighted to find somewhere where he feels 'at home' and doesn't need to worry about people thinking he's wierd.
