There are different types of healthy for different kinds of people. If that's your personality type, then you should try to explore it and find out for yourself why you are having those experiences. ahh i see but it doesnt feel healthy.. i mean i want to be there but i just get the urge to withdraw

Sometimes when I'm with my friends I feel the urge to go on a walk or withdraw myself from the group. I often feel uninterested in their humor as well and at times "force" myself to laugh.
