I would concentrate on maintaining whatever comfort zone you are able to keep. I don't know hpw to do that... I have my stuff with me... But what about the place? What about the people? I can't find my way of overcoming stress and anxiety. And panic attacks... Anyone can suggest something? I can't ...

Yeh, I think it indeed might be the cause of my eye contact variations... Feeling comfortable or feeling stressed...

Oh well, I just can't tell; loads of things happen in me and around me and I am just sometimes unable to link them somehow together...

...Anyone else experiance it? I mean - sometimes I have problems with my eye contact and sometimes I don't. There are times that I don't make any eye contact ( I stare at the floor, mostly) or it's fleeting; and the other times I tend to stare at others... Is it just me, or is it quite common?

I personally would go for long bike rides if i had a bike in your situation. Or look up interesting/non-mainstream skilled hobbies e.g. Parkour? and just practice it, find a forum and develop a liking for it. It would be great for exercise and give me something to look forward too each day and kill...

Yeh, Im very sensitive to sounds and lights... Sometimes the slightest sounds irritate me. I can't stand buzzing radiator or lamp. And it kills me the sound that is made by phone charger... Also telly is sometimes hurting my eyes, sso I don't watch it very often...
