I knew a few people who were at King Edwards Sixth Form (Essex? Hoping it's the same one). Aside from the school itself, the students I knew were all friendly welcoming people and seemed to have a lot of fun studying there. I would say do what is best for you

Books or magazines help sometimes, catching up with whats going on in the world. Annelie, I was scared of tampons at your age too, so don't worry :) . I changed to tampons because I hated sitting in pads all day eurgh! I think tampon websites sometimes let you sign up for a free sample through the post. Make sure people are out the house so you feel comfortable and then pratice ...

Newspaper reports (can't escape them) have said she was starved of oxygen at birth, therefore has learning difficulties... but maybe, I can't say for sure.
