I was diagnosed through my Medical insurer Kaiser Permanante. I asked my doctor how to go about getting a diagnosis and she reffered me to the Behavioural therapy dept where a Specialist diagnosed me with HFA. I'm 37.

Any tips on keeping calm. I get stressed about being on time and I hate the lines and cramped conditions. I am travelling with my boyfriend and I don't want to stress him out.

It's not a question of looks with me. It's more of who can put up with my tantrums, periods of silence, one word answers and my inability to give a hug on cue.

An employee at work who is Bipolar/Autistic gets special treatment. He has the perfect schedule because he will freak out if it changes or it isn't to his liking. Before I moved to Los Angeles from Scotland I was afraid of Sushi. I generally dislike cold food. I am not a sandwich fan. But I made myself eat it so I could share experiences with my friends.

Over the past 10 years I have only owned cats. I got a dog last year from the shelter and he means the world to me. It helps me get out of the house and socialize more. Dogs are like icebreakers.

Haha. The most dangerous animal in the Uk is the bee. I can't imagine having to deal with a snake in my house. I do have lizards, Black and Brown Widow spiders on my patio. They never set foot inside tho.

It's an over sized Ipod touch. I have an Ipod touch and I can only imagine how filthy the Ipad will be after a few browsing/gaming sessions. Plus who has the money for such luxuries. It's not essential. I suggest buying an iphone or an ipod touch. way smaller. Or buy a laptop.

I read the chart and pretty much everything on a that chart matches up with my traits. I need a diagnosis so I can get some therapy. I am horrible at interviews and everyday socialising. Trouble is. I don't have a doctor and I am having trouble finding information on how to find a GP that can refer ...
