| I've taken fish oil pills for six months and haven't noticed any improvement though I guess I'd need to take some sort of controlled memory tests to be sure of any difference in my memory abilities. Similar with Ginseng. I've thought about trying Ginkgo Biloba which is recommended by some health foo... |

12 Years a Slave
The film about Solomon Northrup, a New York State black man who was kidnapped and made to work as a slave in plantations in the south in the 1800s. Based in part on Northup's memoir. Emotionally exhausting and hard to to watch at times. |
