I have worked (laser-focused, in true autistic fashion) on a health blog which is http://www.preventivehealth.blog/wp-admin/post.php?post=2083&action=edit. I am hoping that someone else can make this blog their own, as I may soon die due to ALS.

Taking 5-HTP before a meal can interfere with digestion. Tryptophan, another mood enhancer in the exact same chemical cascade, does not have this effect.
