My son has had this aide for 2 years and she is wonderful. She has even bought him things for his birthday and Christmas anything special to him. That's awful! I would be very upset if that happened! My son is 15 and if he had to deal with that at school I would go in there and have a fit! No way would I want him to be subjected to that.
