I do fine at math but I take a REAL LONG time to do it. (I process slowly but i do understand it and can do it) I also am fine with visuals for math like charts and graphs and I have heard people with NVLD have alot of trouble with those. Since about August I have been trying to figure out what is different about my brain. I initially thought it could be AS, but decided against it. During my reading about AS I saw this thread and considered NLD, but I dismissed it rather quickly. More recently, I have been leaning toward inattentive ...

I've been doing Taekwondo for 6 years, but I'll probably stop since I plan to move away for university- which I'm very excited about. I don't like it as much anymore. I'm a 2nd dan black belt and may grade for 3rd dan before my planned move.

I am 17 years old and I have always had these traits, but they have not caused me much distress until this summer. I started noticing how socially awkward I am and how much social anxiety I have, and this started causing me to be depressed. These episodes of depression continued into the school year...
