I have AS and bipolar NOS. I also have anxiety disroder NOS presently, with a history of panic attacks.

I take Ultram, Valium and Rozerem.

I kick things and violently tap my feet. My hands are CONSTANTLY moving. I kick things like the area in front of car seats and the inside of kitchen counters. I sit on one foot as well. I also stand on one foot a lot.
