I'm in the same boat, I can't offer much advice, but I can offer sympathy. My long term girlfriend who I thought I was gonna marry broke up with me a few months ago. Since then, I have gone on 4 different dates with girls I met online, none of which worked out. I have been coping by trying to exerci...

Cool, I considered going to UMass Amherst, a lot of people from my HS graduating class went there. It's great to have helpful professors who take the extra time to tutor you, I had a similar situation in high school with pre-calculus. For some reason, I had an easier time with college calculus than ...

Yeah, that video cracks me up every time. My Ayeee technique? My background is in wrestling, so that has served me well when trying to learn other martial arts, especially jiu jitsu. I gotta disagree you about Silva though, he is a great fighter, but at times he is disrespectful to his opponents. He...

Cool, where did you go to college? I went out of state for school, but I'm currently going to grad school in Boston and frequently take advantage of the public transportation. Gas prices are getting ridiculous.

Any New England Aspies on here? I'm from the Boston area. Also, does anyone know anything about AANE or GRASP? I recently attended a very interesting AANE conference and I am looking to get more involved and possibly attend a social meetup. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I just got out of a long-term relationship, and I was just thinking about my past relationship. I am not a naturally talkative person, and my NT girlfriend wasn't either. Sometimes we would hang out and there would be fairly long periods of silence. For people in relationships, are you always talkin...

I am often told I speak in a monotone voice. Also, I sometimes have trouble controlling the VOLUME OF MY VOICE (Austin Powers anyone?). I also have been told that I don't show many facial expressions. However, over the years I think that I have improved in both areas.

Hi all, I've been lurking on the forums for a while but figured I might as well start posting since I've been spending a lot of time here. My username refers to the game Civilization II that I used to play all the time, and the 56 refers to the answer to 7x8 that I based learning my multiplication t...
