Keeping a diet diary is a good thing to do. Watch for a pattern. Where did the pumpkin pie come from? Was the crust from the store? It probably had preservatives. In reading the responses so far, I'm seeing a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding about the Feingold diet. You can learn all about it at the website of the support group.
