I found that beta blockers really helped the physical aspect and prevented my heart from thumping hard and fast for seemingly no reason (which then causes the mental side of the anxiety). I'm not sure if your experiences are similar to that or if it's the physical aspect that's most bothersome.

If your employers directly mention something you do and you know is AS related and they say it's negatively affecting your work then informing them of it would be a good idea then I think. Otherwise, I don't see it as a necessity. Especially since you've been fine for 18 months.

Married but he's as much of an aspie as I am. We like to further our understanding of ourselves and each other as this makes things easier.

We married on 28/6 which I call a perfect day due to both numbers the 'perfect numbers'.
