My 4 year old ASD child takes a very low dose for self injurious behavior and sensory issues. She has been on it for 8 months. It's instant with her. She wakes up - within minutes, something ultimately rubs her the wrong way and she goes into screaming, meltdown, hitting herself mode. I give her o.o...
