Typically night is better for me. As long as I've had a few hours to wake up I'm good. Usually my sleeping shifts by two hours each night and eventually resets.

My grades would be lower depending on interest as well. If I'm interested in it I'll accumulate an immense knowledge base on my own.. The actual amount I learn in school is miniscule in comparison. A problem I find with post secondary courses anyways are that the schools are run simply as a business...

Usually with word problems I list all of the variables I can easily identify and slowly putter away at it. This way I don't lose my place in the question or anything. I usually notice the pitch and changes in the vocals more then the actual words. To actually retain any of the lyrics I need to look them up.
