Lately, I have not changed much at all when I got drunk. I barely feel anything after 5-6 drinks. I used to become 'giggly' as you call it, and more talkative.

I don't remember how and I don't remember when. I have, for as long as I remember, always been good with my first language, and I remember reading almost all the Goosebumps books when I was age 10 or so. Learned English from Gameboy/PS1/PS2 games and WoW.

Whatever you do, don't drop very subtle hints unless he knows you well and would be able to pick up on them. Be direct and honest. That can still include playfulness.
