stimming is another trait of the ASD person.. its a repetitive action of some kind like a habit only its done to calm nerves and help keep self control when being overloaded. What's "Stimming"?

My son has an interesting speech trait...
He'll say part of a sentence...

(pause)


...ence, ence and then when he starts after a pause he repeats the end syllable of
the word he left off with before the pause (while thinking).

Even so, what would you guess?
I mean, if Sesame Street decided to have an HIV positive character,
that should tell you something about what writers draw upon.

Besides, cartoons are often based on real people.

That's my take on it too... I just was hoping someone could contradict my
natural pessimism/skepticism/cynicism.

At least this herbal remedy doesn't send me several spam emails every day.

I did try epinions.com but there was no data there either.
