@EsotericResearch, Thanks for the reply. I did CD's for a while some years ago. Low return rate but low risk. I will start investing in REITS soon. I really would love to replace my current income with passive income.

Hello, I just wanted to know if there are Aspies who are self employed and do not work for someone else, or just work for themselves. I have invested in Websites, but failed, invested in stocks, didn't fail but did not provide enough predictability. I have tried dvd kiosk machines, not home enough t...

Shortcircuit is dead on, if you are not following the normal traditions, then you are automatically deemed (weird, gay). For me, it is women that tell me I am gay, since I work with so many, and I pay them no attention, the result is that I am gay. I guess the excuses I give the most of them doesn't...

Thanks Callista for breaking things down for me. I guess I just needed to make sure I was not full of myself in my own head. I would never say to anyone that I am better or smarter. I guess things start making sense when you start to realize in life that your judgements and actions are very differen...

Hello, Subject speaks for itself. I was diagnosed with AS last year. I have wanted to go back and ask about these things but have not had time. Anyway, sometimes I occasionally look at the report my Psychologist typed up, there are a few things that trouble me. He stated that my elevation on the man...

Thanks for the reply Jonny 23, I will respond to a few of your statements. 1. If there is supposed to be an order in life. Just letting you know, I have no idea if there is an order or not, religion seems to indicate so. 2. Being normal and being correct are two different things. Being normal doesn'...

These are my questions that I have in life, maybe some of you can help me answer them. If there is supposed to be an o...

Thanks for the reply, It is not exactly a franchise, so no royalties will be paid. I do however have to pay for online transaction tracking, and boardband service which comes to 150 per month, and new rentals, depending on how many are released for the week., the supplier for the DVD's gives big own...

Hello, I have been thinking about working for myself since it is very very hard for me to work with other people. My Job now is in Human Resources, imagine an Aspie working in Human Resources, were the interaction with people/humans is on a day to day basis, but I make really good money doing it and...

I am genetically literal minded. I cannot take anyone any other way. I take people at their word, either written or spoken.

Snapcap: Anyone else think this thread was going to be about the evolution of religion? Regarding your reply, even the the whole post was not about the Origin/Evolution of religion, but I would like to hear your thoughts if you have any theories, do you think at some point it will disappear. Remembe...

CanisMajor, Thanks, very informative, you are right, he seems to get very agitated when he does not receive the response he was looking for. It still bothers me that the others who are not aware of what he is can not defend themselves, and I however do not think it is right to tell them. This is so ...
