| I have depression issues anxiety and focus issues. Diagnosed with Asperger (asd) and struggling in college and having alot of health issues as well. Would say try to talk it out try to eat healthier and just keep moving forward. Maybe workout a bit which is something that helps me a bit. |

| Am in college have some of the same issues. For me a lot of it is getting myself up and doing it in the first place. But yeah taking a lil walk or break helps once you get a little overloaded as long as you come back to the work when ready. |

| huh dont sound like the best doctor to me haha. i am that way to and am bad in social situations. I was worriede bout losing my job but i doubt it now. they love me at my job haha. |
