Well its fine to be emotional, but regenerating isn't dying. Eleven believed that he would die, like actually die, but he was more mature about it.. there was a sadness but also an acceptance, whereas Ten tried to run away from it and moped around more.

Matt Smith is my favorite of the new doctors, followed by Eccleston. I didn't really like David Tennant all that much, something about him just rubs me the wrong way.
