:?: I find I am isolating myself more and more. Even "around'' other people, I feel nervous about interacting. On my time off from work, I tend to stay in my house, often not even getting out of my pj's. Sleeping intermittantly through the day. Mild anxiety over...what? Reluctance to even go out doo...
