| caseysmom, Sorry to hear your having problems at school :( Fortunately i have not had to deal with any bulling yet. Andrew will be 6 in April so he is only in kindergarten. So unfortunately I don't have any advice. But I do understand what you are saying about them not taking the actions they should... |

| to caseysmom, im so glad to hear how you have managed to balance every thing out before i found this web site and started doing research all i had to go by was what i heard and the shows i saw on t.v. and most of them were people who had bad cases of autism (sorry if thats not the right terminology ... |

| thanks again for every ones advice :D i think its all good advice i guess it just depends on what works for your own individual child autistic or not every child is different and unique in their own way and they respond to different parenting techniques i think now that i am learning more about aspe... |

| thanks katrine i can relate to just about every thing you said nothing seems to work with andrew every thing we try seems to cause a melt down or make the situation worse and we end up in tears or a screaming match :( and like i said before i am new at all this so i did not know how important struct... |

| thanks to every one for your input every one has been helpful it is so nice to have this web site and to have people who you can relate too and who are going through some of the same things me and my children are hope to keep hearing from every one and again thanks so much for writing |

| my son who is five was diagnosed a few weeks ago with aspergers so i am new with all of this he started making noises and doing weird hand motions at age two when we talked to the doctors about this they said it was twitches or tics they said he would grow out of it but he never did as he got older ... |

| hi im laquita i am from the us(alabama)i also have three kids 3month old boy,3 year old girl,and 5 year old boy who has aspergaers he was just diagnosed a few weeks ago i also understand the daily stress dealing with an autistic child and other siblings . |
