I don't have it any longer, but I used to have a toy called "Big Loader" when I was younger, and I could quite happily watch that for hours at a time.
Nowadays, I can sit and stare at a lava lamp for ages, until I fall asleep or something. Tis very soothing watching the blobs move around. |

hmm, the earliest game I remember playing was Galaxians, on the ZX81. That'd be back in... 1982 or 1983. Wasn't long after that I moved to the Spectrum and games like Skull and 3D Deathchase. Fond memories of Pyjamarama, Jet Set Willy, and all the rest on the old squishy-keyed Spectrum. After that, ...

There's probably tons, but the only one I can remember right now is Highlander 2. The first one was great, fantastic concept, cast and soundtrack. Then they took all that, threw it out, and decided to make a sequel so removed from the original that it might as well have been another film. Will, The ...

hmm... childhood... Big Loader. Watching that thing go round, and pick up the balls, and put them in the scoop, and carry them to the back of the other truck, and drive them up the hill and into the big hopper, then the clumsy truck drops them all over the track again. There's stuff about it here: h...

My avatar image is of a puppet that I got for christmas, named Dr Foo. He's a hand and rod puppet the same as most of the muppets, and I'm learning how he works (so to speak). Plus, in about 40 years time, I'll probably look an awful lot like that. Maybe with a smaller mouth though :D Ticker - as fa...
