Hi

I'm nezza and I'm here because A) I need help and B) I'm in a bit of a state tonight.

I am waiting for an aspergers assessment from my local NHS but tbh I feel pretty lonely.

I went out last night and felt so uncomfortable

Can anyone help? :cry: :(
