It's nice knowing that at least I'm not the only person who feels this way.

I often swear I see or hear things that aren't there, like big figures following me, and people whispering and planning of hurting me... But they only come when I'm in a distressed or paranoid state.

Am I the only person with it? I have severe Paranoia, it causes a lot of nightmares, delusions and hallucinations.
