| Finally got my official Aspergers diagnosis, and having mixed feelings. I have been told that I am very high functioning and have acquired lots of coping mechanisms by myself through trial and error, but my main problem is related to socialising. On one hand I am relieved to know why I've always fou... |

Can I throw a ball? Of course! What a silly question.
Can I make it go on the intended direction? No.
Can I throw it the intended distance? No.
Can I throw it at the intended height? No.
Lol! |

| This list describes me perfectly, except for a couple of details. Here they are: I do have many androgynous traits, despite female outward appearance. This is odd as people have actually described me as “androgynous yet feminine”, literal words. However, I do not see myself as half-male/half-female.... |

| I also do yoga in the comfort and peace of my own home. I absolutely hate gyms, they give me a huge sensory overload before even starting the class, plus there's also the issue of unwelcomed physical contact from the instructor. I currently follow an online yoga program and it helps. I do it every d... |

| Muscle cramps can also be due to a lack of Magnesium, specially calf cramps. Magnesium helps regulate muscle contraction. Someone mentioned bananas for potassium, they also have magnesium, worth a try. |

Hey Rolteg, the cookie monster looks like me but on a good day There's nothing better than hiding behind a huge pair of sunglasses, they shield me from the world and others don't notice I'm not looking at them in the eye, so everyone's happy |

| Everyone will respond better to different treatments, and by all means should follow the recommendations from their doctors and physiotherapists. I have tried pilates in the past, pre-diagnosis, and it wasn't for me, I would injure myself more often than not, and even ended up with a nasty back inju... |
