You should make atleast 3 difrent peaple aware of the siduation. If you only get help from only one person they most likely not be able to help. If you have you have diffrent people the chance of one o them being able to help. If my friend was really in that siduaftionine I would find something hard...

My name is Landon and I was told the were a whole community of people like me. I am looking for friends. I'm going to accept who you are no matter what you are. That does not not mean I will everything you do.
