My son is 18 and an Aspie. He has a fantastic writing ability for science fiction/fantasy. He carries around a very vivid imagination and tells great story ies. Unfortunately, he gets carried away and does fall in to lying about things. He also had a great example in his step-father (my ex). So, yes...
