I met this really amazing guy. He is almost 30 and has never had a girlfriend. I'm 99% sure he has Aspergers. I am NT. I don't sense at all that his response had to do with ego. He seemed genuinely surprised that I noticed him, so to speak, and he is not an egotistical person.
