One thing the speech therapist pointed out that contributes to my sons unclarity is that he doesn´t open his mouth properly and talks through his teeth. I am hoping we´ll get help with that soon. I previously thought SPD fit my son to a "T" but he doesn´t "speak in long sentences" nor "speak clearly". Those are as listed as skills of child with SPD, could there be exceptions?

The child specialist that has met Robert twice said he suspected Autism at the 1st visit but seeing the amount of progress he has made and how he has changed in the 6 months following ruled it out (but I wonder if he looked into the whole Autism spectrum?)
