A Canterbury Tale (1944)
This was the most delightful movie I've seen in a very long time
After a very weird beginning, it follows 3 young people on a pilgrimage to find their joy after the bombing of Britain in World War 2.
Worth a watch if you want something uplifting for a change. |

My mother didn't allow me to go on any school trips.
Education was a waste of time in her opinion.
Anything outside the school environment was pointless extravagance.
In year 7, my whole class went on a trip to the nation's capital.
I spent 3 days colouring in and cleaning the classroom. |

Watched the whole series of Department Q.
I've read the books.
There were changes to major characters for political correctness and plot development, but I think it's for the best.
The racism in the books made me cringe. |

i think i've given myself radial tunnel syndrome from too much heavy lifting.
i have pain in my elbow/forearm all the time now, it's even affecting my sleep.
common sense says to rest it but who's going to get all the farm work done? |
