I'm supposed to be graduating, with a BSc in biology, at the end of the month but I am dragging my feet because I don't know how to deal with it. I already did an extra semester after completing my course requirements because I didn't feel ready to go off and be an adult. Now that semester is coming...

In BC, and I think most provinces, psychologists are not covered because they are not technically medical doctors or some crap. Psychiatrists are because they are medical doctors.

The lack of financial support for mental health concerns is of eternal frustration to me.

He's a psychologist so he costs money unless you have private insurance (which I do not).
He has supposedly been practicing for over 25 years??? He's the main (aka only) specialist who pops up when you google "adult autism Vancouver".
