Find a better proxy service that gets you passed or change providers.

If you have a friend, you may consider having him set up a remote proxy server. Something like in this link.

A even better solution is to hack into the neighbors internet or get someone to set your computer up for you and then use it at a coffee house, McDonalds or where ever free wifi is offered.

But the best solution of all is to stop antagonizing the people who are throwing you off their forum.
